In October 2013 ComuGuate was founded with the intention of being a recruitment agency committed to sustainable human development in Guatemala. Since its creation, it has promoted spaces for legal, regular and circular labor migration of Guatemalans. Furthermore, it seeks to ensure that recruitment processes are carried out within a transparent, ethical and legal framework. Likewise, it has an experienced team in labor migration in order to carry out all the processes in their different phases.

ComuGuate’s main purpose has always been to build bridges between Canadian employers and Guatemalan workers. In this way, it fulfills a bipartite function that offers a legal, secure, reliable and transparent opportunity to the Guatemalan workforce, as well as meeting the demand for skilled labor in the agricultural and non-agricultural sectors in Canada.
